Advanta's Ideablob Helps Launch Women Entrepreneurs

Ideablob Last week, I received a great email from Jessy Joyce Nadar at Advanta, a bank dedicated to helping small businesses succeed. Advanta's Ideablob is an online community where small business owners and entrepreneurs can share ideas and receive feedback. It's an excellent way to nurture and expand on your entrepreneurial dreams.

Each month, they award the best business idea with a $10,000 prize. I went last Friday to the Fernbank Science Center to celebrate June's winner - Jessica Hammock, a Teach for America alum and doctoral candidate at Emory University, who will develop astronomy curriculums for underprivileged youth. It's so wonderful to see companies like Advanta implementing initiatives to help launch the dreams of aspiring female entrepreneurs. Keep up the great work!
